One thing which I can say for sure is, it’s possible to live in Germany without knowing German, but you have to learn German if you want to get a Permanent Residence (PR) also known as Settlement Permit in Germany or German Citizenship. English is enough for survival in Germany if you manage to find an English speaking job or course at German University.
